Frank Warren is involved in a robbery to steal $25 million of diamonds. The job goes wrong and he is caught and put in a new style prison, where inmates must wear an electronic collar which is connected to their 'wedlock partner'. If they stray more than 100 yards apart the collar will explode. Rogers is Warren's partner and together they plan an escape to find the hidden diamonds.
